This page explains the terms and conditions of sale on wuhcag.com. When you buy something from me, you agree to these terms. They’re pretty straightforward.

Who am I?

All material published on this website and in How to Meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is the copyright of Luke McGrath.

Buying an ebook

  1. When you buy an ebook from me, I will send you a link to the file
  2. You may not share your book with everyone you know
  3. You may share your book reasonably within your organisation
  4. You may not copy or reproduce parts of the book without my express permission
  5. You may ask for a refund at any time, which I will honour without question

If you break any of these rules, you are a complete douchebag. You agree to set your Facebook status to:

I am a complete douchebag. I do not respect other people’s hard work and I stole an ebook. Could I be any cheaper?

I will also use legal means to stop your embarrassingly cheap behaviour.

Cancellation

If you’re not a huge fan of my ebook, you can cancel your order and ask for a refund at any time. Each purchase comes with a no-limit refund guarantee. All you need to do is contact me and I will refund you the full price.

Keeping in touch with you

It really helps me to keep in touch with you after you’ve bought an ebook from me. Here’s what happens:

  1. I add you to a list when you buy from me
  2. When I get round to revising the book, I’ll get in touch to offer you a free updated copy.

That’s all. Of course, I’ll never sell or trade your email for anything (not even Huey Lewis tickets) – your information stays safe with me and Mailchimp.

If you have any issues with these terms, please feel free to not buy the book.
